Bilby Marketing

About Bilby Marketing

Bilby Marketing was set up by myself, Natalie Taylor, in December 2008. I have been working in print, production, advertising and marketing for 20 years and specialise in online marketing.

Having lived in Devon for nearly 15 years and being a keen supporter of local goods and services, I wish to offer my experience to local businesses in need of a short (or long!) term injection of marketing help, at whatever level you may feel you need it.

I am willing and able to take on any of the following projects including consultancy, research, set up and management:

This list is not exhaustive and I am happy to be approached with any marketing projects you think you might like to explore. I work from my office at home and I enjoy what I do, which helps me focus more readily and allows me to offer you a better level of service. The flexibility of working from home means I can easily adapt to your schedule and my small client base means that I can concentrate on your account to a greater extent than the average agency, with all their good intentions, can ever hope to achieve. I would be happy to meet and discuss your current situation and future requirements at your convenience and, of course, with no obligation.

Why on earth would you call yourself Bilby Marketing?

Bilby The Bilby is a noctural Australian marsupial. I have always loved the Bilby, not only because he is a native of Australia, like myself, but because his image has evolved in recent years and he has responded well in the face of adversity, that being the threat of extinction. In recent years, some Australian corporations, such as the confectioners Darrell Lea, have marketed the Bilby as a native alternative to the Easter Bunny and have had great success in doing so. In order to stand out in a sea of marketing professionals advertising themselves online, I felt that Bilby Marketing needed a different approach and should exhibit some of that same adaptability that the Bilby has done. I aim to work with small, local businesses with limited budgets who need an extra pair of hands to achieve their business objectives.
